Oslo, 8 December 2023 – Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora") is pleased to announce a revenue sharing agreement with a new, undisclosed Nordic Telco. This is Xplora’s third revenue sharing agreement in the Nordics, for a total of four revenue share agreements globally.The Telco has already started selling Xplora smartwatches through their internal distribution channels. Xplora receives a monthly recurring service revenue in addition to the traditional hardware margin. As previously announced, Xplora aims to continue the expansion of its new, innovative recurring revenue model to all current markets.
