Important Notes on Voice Calls

Any call made outside of the RLAH zone is considered to be roaming. The rates for roaming calls are not subject to any discount.
- As roaming and international cost structures may evolve over time, Transatel reserves the right to re-evaluate the tariffs and/or the composition of the zones with a notice period of 1 month.

Outgoing and incoming roaming calls are charged as follows:
- From Zone 1: indivisible 30-second increment, then per second for calls in Zone 1 with an indivisible increment.
- From other zones: indivisible 60-second increments, then by 30-second increments.

What’s Included — Unlimited Connectivity for Xplora
This plan provides unlimited connectivity for all core Xplora features when used as intended with an Xplora children's device.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Voice calls and voice messages via the Xplora platform
- Data usage required for smartwatch functionality
- Location tracking, GPS safety features, and app and device communication
There are no hard caps on usage when the SIM is used exclusively within an Xplora device and in line with normal Xplora usage patterns.
Device Restriction
The Xplora Connect SIM card is exclusively designed for use in Xplora children's devices.
Use of the SIM card in any other device, such as smartphones, tablets, routers, or other non-Xplora products, is not permitted.
The service is optimised and technically restricted for Xplora devices and IoT-type usage only.
Fair Use Policy
Xplora devices are designed to use very small amounts of data and voice traffic as part of their intended functionality.
The Fair Use Policy exists solely to prevent misuse of the service.
Normal Use
Normal use covers everyday use of Xplora features by a child, including calls, messages, location updates, and safety services. All such use is included and unlimited.
Excessive or Abnormal Use
Usage may be considered excessive or abnormal if it:
- Clearly falls outside typical Xplora smartwatch usage patterns
- Indicates use of the SIM card in a non-Xplora device
- Causes sustained, continuous, or automated traffic inconsistent with normal child-wearable use
If Misuse Is Detected
If usage exceeds what can reasonably be considered normal Xplora use:
- We may contact you with a notification
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service
- Continued misuse may require additional payment or lead to termination of the service
Any action taken will always aim to restore normal use of the Xplora connectivity service.
Technical & Service Requirements
- Mobile network coverage is required
- GPS positioning depends on signal availability
- Use of location services requires the Xplora app on a compatible smartphone
- The companion smartphone must run Android 6.0 / iOS 11 or later
