Xplora Care - Add a new device

In the Xplora Care App you will be able to add an unlimited number of watches. Follow the steps below to be able to add a new watch to your App. 

1. Open Xplora Care app on your mobile.
2. In the home page click “+”.
3. Terms and conditions screen: Click “agree and continue”. 
4. Instructions to add the watch to the App: click “Scan the watch’s QR code”
5. In the watch’s settings tap “QR Code”
6. Scan watch’s QR code
7. Screen will display “Successfully connected Bluetooth with the device”, click “continue”.
8. Scan eSIM QR Code screen, click the button and scan interface will display.
9. Screen will display “Downloading eSIM Profile”.
10. Restarting the watch. 
11. Screen will display: “Successfully installed eSIM” in here click “continue”.
12. Add watch’s phone number.
13. Create watch profile.
14. Congratulations you have successfully added a device.
